Shipping Information
- Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Holiday Impact: Please note that holidays may impact delivery times. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.
- Delay Notification: If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at support@theofty.com.
Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

United States Domestic Shipping: Currently, our shipping services are available exclusively within the United States.
- Contiguous United States (Non-Remote Areas): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after shipment.
- Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-15 business days after shipment.
- International Shipping: Other international regions are temporarily excluded from our delivery service.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Shipping fees are waived for orders exceeding $19.99 (pre-tax), excluding remote locations.
- Standard Shipping Charge: A standard shipping charge of $10 is applied for orders below the $19.99 threshold.

Shipping Fees for Hawaii & Puerto Rico: For these territories, the shipping fee is calculated based on the quantity of items, multiplied by $10 per item.
- Example: If your order contains 2 items, the shipping fee will be 2 x $10 = $20.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@theofty.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, to be determined by us.
Lost/Stolen Packages
OFTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
Return Policy
- Return Period: OFTY allows you to return item(s) within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Return Condition: Kindly be advised that the item(s) should be returned unopened and unused.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving a qualifying return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Out of Stock Item Process
In the event that there are items which are out of stock, OFTY will proceed as follows:
OFTY will ship available items first and send remaining items when they are back in stock.
